Exact Valve Solutions offers two hydraulic catwalk designs to suit different needs. Either unit can handle range 3 tubulars up to 4 1/2" and can both pick up and lay down tubing. They can also be fitted for CRA tubulars.
Our design is a skid mounted unit with fixed trough and detached hydraulic power unit. This catwalk is designed to be as cost efficient as possible while still reducing the risks associated with traditional methods for raising tubulars to the rig floor. The catwalk can also be powered by rig hydraulics.
