Our Zipper Manifolds have been recently redesigned to offer a faster rig up and rig down on location. Our design can be installed with just a forklift instead of having to use a crane.
We also redesigned the Zipper Manifold system to reduce downtime by about 80% when a leg needs to be swapped out. Instead of having to break and remake several flanges and having issues with realignment, we can swap out a leg with just one make and break.
Our personnel are highly trained to follow procedures for safety and efficiency for frac operations including flowback for screenouts and greasing operations. Proper greasing is critical in preventing NPT.
Our Zipper Manifolds can be configured for 2 - 8 well pads with any valve configuration. We also offer 4 and 6 port inlets and outlets with 3" or 4" weco flanges.
